Kiren Rijiju backlash Hemant Soren for money laundering

Union Minister Kiren Rijiju backlash the Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren for alleged looting of money. Kiren called Hemant a “spoiled child” in a response to Hemant’s tweet.

Kiren posted that just because Hemant Soren is from a tribal community does not mean he can steal public money. He wrote on X that he is a tribal person from a less developed area. He thinks that what Hemant said is funny.

Furthermore, Kiren wrote he could deal with this dialogue if Shibu Soren (former Jharkhand CM and Indian politician) suggested it, but it doesn’t work for a spoiled child. Tribal people don’t have the right to steal public money.

Earlier, Hemant Soren posted on X that he was not scared and would not give up. Take a break. Life is tough. He has fought all the time. But he is not going to beg for a deal. He has no fear whether he wins or loses. Hemant is not going to give up in vain. He is not going to accept defeat.

Kiren Rijiju backlash Hemant Soren, responding to his tweet. It came after the Directorate of Enforcement (ED) arrested Hemant Soren for the land scam allegations on Jan 31, 2024 night. Meanwhile, the Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) called Hemant Soren “one more feather of corruption.”

ED arrested him just hours after he submitted his resignation as Jharkhand Chief Minister to Governor CP Radhakrishnan at Raj Bhawan. Hemant is also the head of the political party Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM). Jharkhand Mukti Morcha member Mahua Maji confirmed ED kept Hemant Soren in custody for interrogation on fraud allegations.

After questioning Hemant Soren for more than seven hours on allegations of money laundering in a suspected land fraud case, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) arrested him. However, Hemant Soren is expected to appear in Jharkhand High Court today.
