Czech mass shooter David Kozak confessed to murdering baby

The Czech mass shooter David Kozak responsible for the mass shooting at Prague University has confessed to murdering a baby. David murdered his baby daughter just some days before he attacked the University of Prague.

According to Czech Police, David revealed in his suicide note that he had committed a double murder in the woods near Prague on December 15, 2023. He had murdered a man and his baby daughter six days before the university incident.

Police discovered the suicide note of Czech mass shooter David Kozak on the day of the University attack incident where he confessed to murderers. David committed these murders in the Klanovice woods and took the life of his 32-year-old father and two-month-old daughter.

The total number of murdered victims to which he confessed is 17 in his suicide note. Detectives had considered David a likely suspect in these killings. However, it was later confirmed through ballistics. David had already been on a list of 4,000 suspects related to these murders.

A tragic shooting incident happened at the University of Charles, Prague on Dec 21, 2023, which took the lives of 14 people. David was a 24-year-old history student behind the Charles University shooting.

David took his own life when armed police surrounded him after the university shooting incident. The shooting at Prague’s Charles University is now the deadliest mass shooting in the history of Czech.

David opened fire from the rooftop of the Faculty of Arts building on Jan Palach Square. Fourteen people lost their lives at the university. However, 25 people were among the wounded victims.

The motive behind these tragic events remains unknown. Police are continuing their investigation. Czech Interior Minister Vit Rakusan urges mayors to cancel fireworks displays on New Year’s Night to show respect for the victims.
