Cold front.29 to hit Mexico with heavy rains and winds

The severe weather phenomenon, Cold Front.29, is expected to hit Mexico in the coming hours along with heavy rains and winds. However, it comes after cold fronts 27 and 28.

Cold front.29 to hit Mexico with extreme chill, rainy, and even snowy days more than that of cold fronts 27 and 28. The National Meteorological Service of Mexico stated that Mexico will begin to feel the effects of the cold front 28 at the end of Jan 21, 2024.

However, the new front system will start this week. A frontal system (number 29) will approach the northwest and north of the Mexican Republic today, Jan 22, 2024. It will also increase the possibility of heavy rains to intense occasional rains.

According to the National Meteorological Service, severe rains and turbulent skylightening are expected in the Yucatan Peninsula and southeastern Mexico.
