Justin Jefferson broke Michael Thomas record but lost match

Vikings player Justin Jefferson broke another NFL (National Football League) record by defeating the score of Michael Thomas. He made this record in the first half of an NFL match against the Lions.

Justin Jefferson belongs to the Minnesota Vikings WR team of the NFL and broke out the record of Michael Thomas of the New Orleans Saints team. Nobody has ever had more receiving yards in their first four seasons in the history of the NFL like Justin.

Michael set the record at 5,512 from 2016 to 2019 while Justin made the mark at 5,592 during the first half of the match. Justin has the most receiving yards in his first two seasons ever. He would have smashed through his mark a long time ago if he had not got a hamstring injury against the Chiefs back in October 2023.

Despite missing seven full games due to injury, Justin finished this match against the Lions with his incredible record. He had a drive that showed why he is still the best wide receiver player in the world in the football realm. Jefferson had catches of 22, 29, and 26 yards in a single series of matches.

Justin ended with 6 catches for 141 yards and a touchdown surprised everyone with his continuous impact. He took big knocks in the open field while maintaining control of the ball. He climbed the ladder for a spectacular catch just when his teammates needed it the most.

The Vikings trusted Jefferson to win his part in the dropping minutes of the match and he did so with relative ease. The teammate of Justin Nick Mullens said about him that he is a beast. You just have so much trust in him and he doesn’t prove you wrong.

Justin caught all four passes thrown to him in the first half of the match. It included a 26-yard touchdown that pulled the Vikings within 17-14. But in the second half, the table turned down completely as the Vikings lost to the Lions by 24-30.
