Sher Afzal Marwat risks his life to convey a message of Imran Khan

PTI Vice President and Imran Khan’s lawyer Sher Afzal Marwat says he risks his life to convey a message of PTI Chairman Imran Khan to the people. He conveyed this message specifically to the people of Bajaur to attend the PTI convention held today.

He wrote on X that the people of Bajaur including him have risked their lives to reach you and deliver Khan’s message. You must be brave despite all challenges and show up in big numbers today at the convention and break all KPK convention attendance records.

Marwat asked why is it so critical to prevent you from attending conventions. He stated that opponents are afraid of the people’s guts and bravery because it is less about you and more about the fire that will spread as a result of your bravery. He said in an emphasized way that Khan would be released soon.

However, PTI workers protested his arrest and made his release possible. Law enforcement authorities later released him. Adeel Butt verified the news of Sher Afzal Marwat’s release. Adeel is the senior vice president of the PTI Lawyers Forum.

Meanwhile, the local administration has denied the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf’s local leadership permission to hold a workers’ convention in the Bajaur tribal district scheduled for today.

DC Bajaur declined to allow the PTI district leadership to host the convention due to the enforcement of Section 144. It prevents the gatherings of more than five individuals in the district. However, the party leaders of PTI are seeking permission for the convention event.
