Bilal being a CSS officer was also a digital media influencer. Social media users on different social media platforms are sharing stories and postings about his humility.

One admirer of Bilal tweeted that on a journey from CSS to death, the son of poor parents cleared the competitive examination and became a grade 17 officer. But after some time he went to the valley of death.

However, many people are unaware of his struggle to become a CSS officer or why everyone used to follow him. He hailed from a lower-middle-class family. His father was a farmer.

After finishing his studies, he worked for a private company until taking the CSS exam and was appointed as the chief executive officer of the Bannu Cantonment Board in 2018.

Bilal Pasha has a large Instagram followers with over 37.1K. Both his colleagues and followers have praised Bilal’s simple but considerable online presence. His digital legacy evolved into a virtual monument honoring the life of a dedicated public servant.
