Jandor mocked Nigeria government over PDP Chairman’s kidnap
A Nigerian politician, Jandor, has mocked FGN (Federal Government of Nigeria) over the kidnapping of its party (PDP) chairman, Philip Aivoji. Jandor has the original name “Dr.Abdul Azeez Olajide Adediran” but is popular as Jandor among the people of Nigeria.
Jandor is running for governor of Lagos in the general elections as a member of PDP (Peoples Democratic Party). He was shocked when the State Party Chairman, Philp Aivoji, was kidnapped on Lagos-Expressway.
In this regard, Jandor mocked the federal government of Nigeria. He asked it to act quickly to stop the violence in the country. The abductors kidnapped Chairman Philp and some other party members on Jan 25, 2024, as they were leaving a party event in Ibadan.
Jandor said the terrible went was a disturbing addition to the growing insecurity in the country, mainly in the South West. The Nigerian government has done a disastrous job of keeping people safe. It has put even more lives of people in danger.
Furthermore, he called for immediate action from the security forces to get the kidnapped party chairman released. He also suggested a regional local security group, Amotekun, should work with the police on the rescue mission.
Jandor also prayed to God to help and told the party faithful not to give up hope. But to keep praying for the quick release of the kidnapped chairman and other party members.
On the other hand, The Lagos PDP wants police to step in quickly. The Lagos State wing of the PDP urgently calls upon security agencies and government authorities at all levels. They asked them all to intervene and secure the release of their Chairman, Mr. Philp Aivoji.
Hakeen Amode, the Publicity Secretary of the PDP in Lagos, has urged this urgent demand to recover Philp in a release. Kidnappers abducted Philp on his way back from a meeting of partners in Oyo State. Governors Seyi Makinde and Ademola Adeleke arranged this meeting.
