Fake cops attacked and beat old couple in their home in Perth

In a horrifying home invasion, three fake cops brutally attacked and beat an old couple in their 70s in their home in Perth. Three men dressed pretending to be police officers stole from an elderly woman while holding her husband tied up after breaking into their home.

Police Commissioner Col Blanch stated that he was sick to his stomach after seeing the graphic photo of the 73-year-old woman’s injuries that police shared to show the degree of cruelty committed by the heartless bandits. This incident has left an old woman and her 76-year-old husband traumatized.

Col Blanch claimed they had set up a heavy police convoy to catch three suspects responsible for the incident. He also said it is shameful for anyone to experience such kind of attack at home. He hopes the cops catch the culprits as soon as possible.

Law enforcement officials consider this incident to be a planned conspiracy to rob the couple. The incident happened at an old couple’s Girrawheen home at about 7 pm today.

According to police, three guys entered the Allinson Drive house by banging on the door while pretending police officers. Fake officers also showed fake badges upon door opening.

The old couple let fake cops get in who attacked and tied up a 76-year-old man and brutally beat a woman. Afterward, they escaped with a significant amount of jewelry. The couple remained hostage by attackers for 30 minutes.

Soon after, police and St John WA ambulance crews rushed to the crime scene. They found an old woman with severe head and facial injuries and shifted her to Royal Perth Hospital. Her condition is stable now.

Detective Inspector Gary Butler believes culprits purposely targeted both man and woman. They are investigating to figure out how long the attackers had been watching the house for victims.

Inspector Gary also said such crimes are very concerning and violence of this nature is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. It is completely immoral to attack elderly people in their homes or any person in a home for that purpose.
