Project 2025: A conservative plan for a Republican presidency
Project 2025: is a conservative plan for a Republican presidency. A conservative think tank called the Heritage Foundation unveiled the blueprint for Project 2025 for the Republican presidency in April. It is a game plan to be implemented if a Republican is elected president in the next American elections in 2024.
The nearly 900-page report explores how conservatives might increase executive power and destroy the administrative state from the moment a Republican president takes office.
Four Pillars Agenda of Project 2025
“Project 2025 is also known as the 2025 Presidential Transition Project which is based on four pillars of agenda. The 2025 Presidential Transition Project announced the publication of the ninth edition of “Mandate for Leadership: The Conservative Promise” with the purpose of determining policy decisions among presidential candidates.
1. Mandate for Leadership
“Mandate for Leadership: The Conservative Promise” is the first pillar of the strategy. It provides both specific concepts for resolving every major issue facing the country as well as a blueprint for reorganizing each department to meet those challenges.
These suggestions propose restoring integrity to the Department of Justice, simplifying immigration processes in the Department of Homeland Security, and eliminating the Department of Education to enhance educational freedom and protect taxpayers from student loan forgiveness.
2. People are Policy
Project 2025 is making a list of people for jobs, and it’s based on what Donald Trump thinks. Trump, during his time as president, was criticized for getting rid of people he thought were not loyal, even if they shared his ideas, like William Barr. Project 2025 follows Trump’s idea of firing more government workers than allowed using a system called Schedule F, set up by Trump in 2020. By the end of 2024, they want to have 20,000 people on their list.
3. Training
Project 2025 doesn’t just want to make a list of good people for government jobs; it also plans to teach these people what they need to know if a conservative becomes president. If the conservative leaders don’t already know certain things about their roles, Project 2025 will help by providing training.
4. Expansion of Presidential powers
Project 2025 is a plan to change how the U.S. government works if Republicans win in 2024. They want to bring in a lot of conservative people to replace current government workers. The plan talks about the “deep state” to explain its goals, supporting what Donald Trump wanted. If it happens, the plan aims to quickly take control of the whole government, saying the president should have total control over it.
Paul Dans serves as director of the 2025 Presidential Transition Project. He was the former chief of staff at the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) during the Trump government. Spencer Chretien is a former special assistant to the president and now serves as associate director of Presidential Personnel.
Climate Policy of Conservatives
Conservative groups of former US President Donald Trump have devised a plan for undermining the efforts of the federal government to deal with climate change. They claim it is not limited to the policies of Biden who belongs to liberals. Conservatives believe “Project 2025” is the gold standard for conservative policies that will save America.

The Heritage Foundation is a Washington, D.C.-based active American conservative think group founded in 1973. It played a major role in the conservative movement during the presidency of Ronald Reagan.
Conservatism belongs to the US political party “The Republicans” to whom former President Donald Trump belongs. Liberalism belongs to another major US party “The Democratic”. It is currently ruling the United States of America under the leadership of President Joe Biden.
Conservatives or Republicans generally favor traditional values and focus on restricting the government’s power. While liberals or Democrats tend to support social progress maximizing government intervention to address societal issues.
