Ecuadorian migrant accused of raping 13-year-old US teen
An Ecuadorian migrant, 25-year-old Christian Geovanny Inga-Landi accused of raping a 13-year-old US teen at Kissena Park in Queens state. He kidnapped and handcuffed the victim girl while raping her. He also recorded a rape video.
However, New York Court has charged Christian with charges of rape, predatory sexual assault, and kidnapping. The accused admitted in court that he was nervous at the beginning of the rape. Later, he became comfortable and recorded a rape video.
Rapist Christian kept his head down throughout the court hearing. He had scratches on his face, which the victim girl left while struggling during rape. The identity of the victim girl has not been revealed.
Following his charges, Judge Joanne B. Watters ordered the imprisonment of Christain without bail until July 1, 2024. He also ordered New York police to present him before court on July 1.
Before the order of the court, Queens District lawyer Melinda Katz accused Ecuadorian migrant Christian of raping a US teen. Melinda also announced his charges in court and praised the bravery of the victim girl to bring legal action against the accused.

She later stated in a press conference that she wanted to briefly discuss the bravery of the victim and her male companion. It is amazing what they went through, their identification regarding the accused Christian including their memory of tattoos, and braces, all of which were on point.
This incident happened in the forested region of Kissena Park when Christian confronted the victim girl and his 13-year-old male friend. He tied them up with force and covered their mouths with fabric. Then, he allegedly began raping the girl after snatching their cell phones.
After raping the girl, the rapist asked them both to stay for twenty minutes before they left the crime scene. However, they reported the case to the police and revealed the identity of Christian accurately which led to his arrest on June 18, 2024.
