Netizens demand arrest of Ex-Muslim Sameer after desecration of Quran

YouTuber Ex-Muslim Sameer sparks outrage on the internet after the alleged desecration of the Holy Quran in a video, and netizens demand his arrest. Sameer is a resident of Padli Gurjar village in Haridwar district, Uttarakhand State.

However, Haridwar and Uttarakhand police departments announced that there had been no destruction of the Quran in Haridwar. They also stated that the YouTuber who uploaded a video showing him burning and trampling the Quran has not been residing in Haridwar and Padli Gurjar village in Roorkee.

This announcement came in response to the outrage that followed an alleged video showing the YouTuber Ex-Muslim Sameer burning pages from the Quran. He also appeared to be acting disrespectfully towards the Holy Islamic book in an alleged video.

Hence, netizens are furious over this viral video and demand that Uttarakhand Police arrest the accused YouTuber, Ex-Muslim Sameer. They thought he lived in the state. Netizens began trending the hashtag Arrest Ex Muslim Sameer, which has received more than 2 lakh posts on Twitter.

Meanwhile, Uttarakhand Police categorically described this controversial video as “fake.” They claimed that the subject of this case is an ex-Muslim named Sameer who has been living away from the Padli Gujar for the last three years.

According to Uttarakhand Police, they found no evidence of desecration of the Holy Quran in the Haridwar district. They also warned netizens to avoid sharing the fake video. Otherwise, it could result in legal action against them.

The controversial YouTuber Sameer is an ex-Muslim. He changed his religion by adopting Hinduism. His new name is “Siddharth Chaturvedii.” However, he is famous among people as “Ex-Muslim Sameer,” and he also adopts the same name on his YouTube account.”

He has more than 2,08,000 subscribers on YouTube. He defines himself as a free thinker, sanatani, ex-Muslim, and humanist on his Instagram bio.
