This comes after Russia claimed to destroy 4 Ukrainian Military boats at Sea carrying up to 50 servicemen on August 30. The Russian military ministry said earlier today that it had repulsed a second Ukrainian strike utilizing unmanned aerial vehicles over the Black Sea near the Crimean Peninsula. Russia destroyed three Ukrainian naval drones targeting the Crimean-Russian bridge on Saturday, escalating tensions.

Earlier on Monday, the ministry stopped a Ukrainian attack in the Black Sea. They reported on Telegram, “Ukrainian drones were shot down over the Black Sea near Crimea.”

On Saturday, Russia destroyed three Ukrainian naval drones targeting the bridge to mainland Russia in Crimea.

Additionally, on August 24, Ukraine raised its flag over Crimea during a “special operation” on its second Independence Day during wartime.
