Famous iconic star Rajnikanth described Ramijao as his guide and inspiration. He said he was in despair at hearing about the death of his mentor and well-wisher, Shri Ramoji Rao Garu.

Meanwhile, the Telugu Film Chamber of Commerce (TFCC) and Telugu Film Producers Council (TFPC) announced the suspension of all film shootings in Ramijao’s respect tomorrow. TFPC stated the death of Ramoji Rao would cause the Telugu cinema industry to a standstill in the states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

However, renowned Indian film producer Ramoji Rao died while undergoing treatment at Star Hospital in Hyderabad. He was suffering from severe breathlessness and blood pressure problems.
