Elon Musk denied donating $45 million fund to Donald Trump

World Billionaire Elon Musk denied reports of donating a $45 million fund to former US President Donald Trump. There was a WSJ report that Elon intended to donate millions (in funds) a month to a new super America political action committee (PAC) – that would back Trump’s presidential campaign.

Elon posted an image of two guns (wildebeest) with human limbs on X with a sarcastic message, “Fake GNUS.” He even shared a report from The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) calling it “fake.”

However, his denial statement came after WSJ’s claims. It reported that Elon intends to donate USD 45 million monthly to a brand-new super PAC, supporting Donald Trump.

It is significant to note that the WSJ report comes following Elon’s announcement of his support for Trump after the assassination attempt on him at a political rally.

He stated he fully supports Donald Trump and hopes for his speedy recovery. Later, he posted America had such a tough presidential candidate “Theodore Roosevelt” last time.

Theodore was the 26th President of the United States. He barely survived an assassination attempt in 1912 during a political campaign.

Republicans established America PAC in June to register voters, encourage them to cast early ballots, and request postal ballots in battleground states.

According to the WSJ report, Republicans noted the Democrats have run very effective “get out the vote” campaigns on-the-ground activities in significant states using money from Biden’s campaign. Following that, PAC will make an effort to counter Biden’s campaign.

Elon holds the title of richest person in the world now with an estimated net worth of $250 billion. WSJ report stated Tesla CEO Elon has gotten closer to Donald, in recent months.

Hence, he is supporting America PAC by providing funds. However, Elon Musk denied claims of donating $45 million to Trump based on a WSJ report.
