Wolves attack at French Zoo left woman critically injured
Three Wolves’ attack on a 37-year-old woman at French Thoiry Zoo, outside Paris left her critically injured. Thoiry Zoo is about 25 miles west of French City.
Police and prosecutors are investigating this incident that happened yesterday. An eyewitness claimed that wolves bit a victim woman on the neck, calf, and back.
Chief Prosecutor Maryvonne Caillibotte said the affected woman’s life was in danger. Early investigation shows that a victim woman went for a run early Sunday morning after spending the night with her family in the safari-style camp at the zoo.
Christelle Bercheny, CEO of Wow Safari Thiory, claimed that the injured woman had walked across the African reserve, which is usually only accessible by car. Wow Safari Thoiry is a 150-hectare wildlife park with 1,200 animals from more than 150 species belonging to different animals.
She continued saying animals in African reserves behaved in response to a human intervention. This behavior causes those animals to attack for their freedom or semi-liberty. There were signs in the park that informed people of the rules of survival they needed to follow.
Following this, a tragic incident of three wolves’ attack on a French woman happened at a Thoiry Zoo. The victim woman said she ended up in the safari zone, which was supposed to be reserved for cars.

Meanwhile, the top prosecutor, Maryvonne Caillibotte, said it was unclear whether the victim woman made a mistake or the trail had no clear marks.
According to Maryvonne, first responders quickly arrived following the incident. Then, they moved away three attacking wolves and returned them to their area.
The woman had to get past security systems, a trench, and an electric fence to keep the wolves in. But she failed to do so, and a horrific incident happened. However, the identity of the victim woman is unknown.
