Engineer Muhammad Ali Mirza faced backlash for criticizing Imran Khan
The famous religious celebrity Engineer Muhammad Ali Mirza faced backlash from PTI supporters for passing remarks against former Prime Minister Imran Khan. A video clip featuring Ali Mirza criticizing Imran Khan and supporting the Pakistan Army has gone viral on social media.
This video clip has drawn widespread criticism towards Ali Mirza. This criticism started when Ali recently appeared in the Talha Ahad podcast.
One netizen questioned Ali Mirza’s contradictory stances. He shared Ali’s eight-month-old clip in which he said patriotic Pakistanis would support Imran Khan and a traitor would criticize him.
According to PTI supporters, contradictory statements showed Ali has sold his conscience and a conscience seller is worse than a prostitute.
Another netizen emphasized checking facts whether the Pakistan Army has videos of Ali Mirza sexually assaulting a boy or goat. This is most likely a reasonable justification for his consistent propaganda against Imran Khan.
Some called on Ali Mirza by portraying him as a fake and rented scholar of Islam. A netizen wrote to let her expose fake scholar, Engineer Ali Mirza to them.
Ali raised concerns over the release of Imran Khan from jail in a controversial interview. He stated if Imran Khan remains alive and gets out of jail, there will be no stability in Pakistan. The Army of Pakistan knows this and that is why he is in Adiala Jail.

Ali Mirza further stated that people witness the oppression of Imran Khan. But they also need to consider the compulsion of the Pakistan Army. Imran is already doing much by sitting in Jai. So, what will happen if he gets released or deported to a foreign country?
Hence, the Pakistan Army kept him in jail as they could not get a guarantee of peaceful amnesty on his behalf. He also called the life of Imran Khan no exemption from U-Turn.
Following this, Engineer Muhammad Ali Mirza faced backlash from enthusiastic supporters of Imran Khan as they did not receive his remarks well. They started running hashtags and sharing viewpoints on his statements.
