Megan’s photographer alleged she forced him to watch her having sex
Megan’s (popular as Megan Thee Stallion) former photographer Emilio Garcia alleged she forced him to watch her having sex and fired him unfairly. Emilio claimed it in a lawsuit against Megan Thee Stallion and her company Roc Nation filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on April 23, 2024.
Emilio revealed he worked for Megan Thee Stallion when she mistreated him and forced him to witness her having sex. She also fired him unfairly not long after.
Emilio Garcia said he was in an SUV car with American rapper Megan in 2022 after a night out in Ibiza, Spain. Soon, Megan started having sex with another woman next to him.
Even if he had been able to escape the moving car, he would have found himself in the middle of nowhere in a foreign land. The lawsuit alleged Megan’s former photographer Emilio Garcia felt embarrassed, humiliated, and offended throughout the event.
According to the lawsuit, Megan criticized and fat-shamed Emilio Garcia telling him not to talk about what he had seen the next day after the sex event. It further mentioned that Megan treated photographer Emilio as a private employee who was an independent contractor.
It made him thinking quit his job because he was overworked and underpaid in a harsh work environment. Megan’s possessiveness and abusive attitude made circumstances worsened for him.
So, he raised his concerns after four years of employment with Megan who fired him immediately in an unfair way. Since then, Emilio has complained to the California Civil Rights Department about job discrimination.
Emilio claimed in the lawsuit he has suffered greatly emotionally and physically as a result of his treatment at work, his firing, and having to experience a weird sex incident in the car. He is asking the court to determine financial damages at trial.
Meanwhile, the lawyer of Megan Thee Stallion, Alex Spiro declared she would defend her case in court. Alex said this was an employment claim for money. There had not been a sexual harassment claim filed and these are false allegations to put down Megan’s image.
However, Megan’s companies Thee Stallion Entertainment and Roc Nation have not responded to this allegation. They have not also filed a defense response in court yet.
