American actor, Giancarlo Esposito, popular for the “Breaking Bad” series once planned to kill himself to get insurance money. He has experienced financial difficulties despite being a well-known actor.

Giancarlo revealed shocking details about his financial struggles while giving an interview to Jim and Sam Show. He said he was so poor in 2008 that he considered killing himself to receive the insurance money for his four children.

He remarked that he questioned his spouse hey, do you get life insurance if someone commits suicide? It was his mental escape route. His spouse was unaware of the reason for his questions.

Hence, he got to work making plans. His children would receive the insurance if he died in an accident and someone managed to take his place. He was responsible for four children and desired for them to lead lives. It was a challenging moment.

The 65-year-old Giancarlo Esposito is a well-known actor for his dark, evil parts, such as that of the renowned drug lord Gustavo Fring from Breaking Bad and its sequel, Better Call Saul.

He has been in Hollywood for six decades earning widespread recognition for his performance in Spike Lee Joints. He has made appearances in hit television shows in recent times. His hit shows include The Gentleman, The Boys, Kaleidoscope, Godfather of Harlem, and Mandalorian.
