Bushra Bibi name placed on the Exit Control List (ECL)
The Pakistan caretaker federal government has placed the name of the former prime minister Imran Khan’s wife Bushra Bibi on the Exit Control List (ECL).
The former Pakistani first lady Bushra Bibi gets into trouble as the government has added her name to the National Crime Agency (NCA) £190 million scandal.
The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) recommended caretaker government put the name of Ms.Bushra on the ECL amid a 190 million pound corruption scandal.
NAB proceeding against Bushra Bibi in Al-Qadir Trust Case
Earlier yesterday, the former first lady appeared before NAB investigations in connection with an ongoing investigation into the 190 million Al-Qadir Trust case. NAB authorities gave her a questionnaire seeking her response to eleven questions.

Advocate Naeem Haider Panjutha told the media about the NAB proceeding. He said that the NAB summoned Bushra Bibi to the NAB office in the Al-Qadir Trust case. He added that Bushra had already obtained bail in this case until November 15.
Naeem stated that the NAB team which included female officials took Bushra Bibi to a separate room for questioning. He admitted that her arrest was scheduled for November 13, 2023.
Furthermore, Naeem said Imran Khan and his family are always willing to stand up to the law. Bushra was a trustee at Al-Qadir Trust University and the former premier received no benefit from the trust property. There is no record of Bushra Bibi and she held no official office under the PTI government.
According to Naeem, Bushra answered all 11 questions on the NAB questionnaire and submitted the necessary documents. He went on to say that they would provide further records to the anti-corruption watchdog. Anti-corruption watchdog is an independent organization dedicated to monitoring, investigating, and preventing corruption within government, business, or society.
There are accusations against Bushra Bibi and Imran Khan that they obtained 190 million pounds and hundreds of kanals of land from Bahria Town Limited supposed for Al-Qadir University.
