Marvels Director Nia DaCosta wants to work with Shahrukh Khan

The Marvels Director Nia DaCosta wants to work with Bollywood King Shahrukh Khan. She expressed this desire during her interview with News18.

In an interview, Nia was asked whether she had a favorite Bollywood star with whom she would like to work with. She replied Isn’t Shah Rukh Khan a living legend? In that sense, it’s a kind of no-brainer. The interview was conducted by Dishya Sharma from Showsha.

The show host also questioned Nia about the part of Indian actor Farhan Akhtar in the web series Ms Marvel. Whether she ever wanted to cast a Bollywood star in “The Marvels”. She said I never considered that. She added I think we were trying to keep everything organic so we didn’t want to do any stunt casting. But there is always time.

Nia DaCosta also talked about the diverse cast of “The Marvels”. She said I inherited an amazing cast in the Khan family and Kamala Khan. Park Seo Joon was an actor that I just thought was wonderful and when this character Prince Yan came along, I thought he would be perfect for it. I was simply thrilled by the prospect of including more people from diverse backgrounds in the film and I felt no pressure to do so.

The Marvels will be available on November 10, 2023. Brie Larson will repeat her role as Captain Marvel while Teyonah Parris as Captain Monica Rambeau.

The filmmakers released the final trailer for The Marvels earlier this week. Robert Downey Jr. portrayed the role of Iron Man while Chris Evans played the role of Captain America. You can watch the trailer here.
