India is not coming to Pakistan for the Asia Cup 2023, and this has affected matches between India and Pakistan two times in a row.
Unpredictable weather in Sri Lanka these days prompted efforts to convince India to shift the venue to Pakistan. However, due to the stubbornness of the BCCI, Pakistan vs. India matches abandoned two times in a row. The first time was in Kandy and the second time was in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
There are speculations that India was ready to go to Pakistan, and broadcasters were also ready but later on, Jay Shah decided to not go to Pakistan. Moreover, PCB contacted and proposed Jay Shah to shift the venue to Pakistan due to unpredictable weather in Sri Lanka but all efforts were in vain as Jay Shah did not agree at all.

Pakistan and India have had political and national conflicts with each other for a very long time and cricket experts and fans say that the political tension between the two countries is leading Jay Shah to not take the Indian team to Pakistan.
Both Indian and Pakistani fans want to see the battle between these two great teams but the Indian Board seems not interested in going to Pakistan at all.
