Manchester United won the Premier League for the sixth time and even A Red Card Couldn’t Stop Manchester from Winning the Premier League For the Sixth Time they played against Nottingham Forest and won by 0-2. With only 10 players in the second half because of a red card issued to Rodri. The first goal is made by Phil Foden and Erling Haaland kicks the second goal with a strong header.
Rodri got the red card because he got into an argument with Morgan Gibbs-White. Pep Guardiola, the Manchester City manager was pleased with the player’s performance in the match. Pep Guardiola said, “We played, I would say, 51, 52 minutes 10 against 11, so it was not easy, but we were fantastic,”. The team played well against a strong opponent.
The manager also showed his reviews on Rodri’s red card, he didn’t support the angry behavior. He believes players need to control their emotions during the game. Pep Guardiola stated “He has done it. He has apologized. The players on the pitch have to control their emotions.” Rodri will not play the next three games because of a red card suspension.
