Australian divers Anabelle and Maddison qualified for Paris Olympics 2024
Australian divers Anabelle Smith and Maddison Keeney qualified for the 2024 Paris Olympics Games. They became the first to secure their spots for the Olympics. Hence, they will compete in another Olympic 3-meter synchro-podium finish in Paris.
However, a diving team comprised of Anabelle Smith and Maddison Keeney performed well in international diving competitions. It led them to qualification for the Olympics 2024. Anabelle Smith is 31-year-old while Maddison is 28-year-old.
They won a bronze medal in the 3m synchro event (swimming event) at the Rio Games in Olympics 2016. However, Maddison Keeney missed the 2021 Tokyo Games due to her injury, so they could not make it.
According to the latest achievement, Australian divers Anabelle and Maddison qualified a week after they won a gold medal finish at the Olympic Test event in Paris and a World Championship silver earlier this year.
Maddison lives in Melbourne, while Anabelle lives in Brisbane. Despite their roughly 2,000-kilometer distance, the duo have made a successful collaboration.
Moreover, they also won the Commonwealth 3m synchro title in Birmingham two years ago. Anabelle will become one of four Australian divers to compete at four Olympics after Melissa Wu, Jenny Donnet, and Loudy Wiggins.

However, Maddidon said she will focus on Individual Olympic trials in June. She said he was so happy and proud to be selected for the Olympics again.
Maddison remarked it is nice to know who will be in their 3m synchro team at the Paris Olympics. She can now focus on preparation for the rest of the Olympic trials and games. The qualified and top-class world divers will gather at the Paris Olympics for competition from Jul 26-Aug 11, 2024.
