China’s AI sexbots with modern sensors may give good intimate experience
China’s company Starpery Technology developed AI sexbots with modern sensors to make them more conversational and interactive sexually. Starpery Technology is one of the biggest manufacturing companies in the world.
Starpery is now focused on manufacturing realistic sexbots (or sex dolls) using artificial intelligence to improve its product by training its own LLM models.
LLM refers to Large language models, an artificial intelligence (AI) program that can recognize and generate text. They are large deep-learning models that are pre-trained on widespread data.
Sexbots are robotic sex dolls that have a humanoid form, human-like movement, or behavior to perform sex with a human. The AI-powered sexbots come in both male and female versions. They will come with unimagined capabilities with advanced intimate experience.
According to Starpery, the first stage of AI is to focus on achieving a human-doll connection to improve the companionship and doll owner’s intimate experience.
Starpery CEO Evan Lee stated that new versions of their new sexbots will hit the market in August 2024. According to Evan, upcoming and future sexbots will communicate with users both verbally and physically.
He stated realistic human interaction still faces obstacles in emotional and sexual encounters. Hence, Starpery aims to fill gaps in communication and sexual encounters with a realistic sexbot version.
However, technological obstacles still exist to overcome, especially in creating genuine human interaction with straightforward conversation and intimate responses. This is because they require sophisticated model creation from specialized software companies.
Evan clarified that upcoming sexbots driven by AI models and equipped with modern sensors will respond with both speech and movement. It will improve user experience by focusing on emotional connection with fundamental communication skills.
He emphasized that present-day sexbots are not engaging enough. They have metal skeletons with lifelike silicone bodies. They don’t feature appropriate interactive features to hold human communication.
Hence, China’s AI sexbots can use modern sensors to respond with movement and voice. It also makes it stand out from traditional sexbots available in the market.
