Toilet cleaner drops mixed in Bushra Bibi food during Ramadan?

Spokesperson of Bushra Bibi, Mashal Yousafzai claimed drops of the cleaner toilet were mixed in her food during Ramadan. Bushra Bibi is the former first lady of Pakistan and the wife of the former Prime Minister of Pakistan, Imran Khan.

Mashal also serves as advisor of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister. She made these claims while giving an interview on the Geo News show “Geo Pakistan.”

Mashal also expressed her concern saying Bushra Bibi’s health has deteriorated since her arrest. Something must have happened.

According to Mashal, Bushra Bibi was fine before the Pakistani government put her under house arrest. Only high blood pressure and diabetes problems appeared before her house arrest.

Mashal said they found out that two or three drops of toilet cleaner mixed with the Iftar food of Bushra Bibi on Shab e Barat in Ramadan 2024. She also said that the health of Bushra Bibi became worse after she ate the food and was getting worse with passing every day.

She also questioned why authorities had not performed medical tests on Bushra Bibi despite the court’s three-week directive. Who was stopping authorities from carrying out the medical examinations of her?

Mashal stated court had ordered authorities to conduct an endoscopy and blood test of Bushra Bibi. An endoscopy showed gastrointestinal irritation and ulcers. Authorities refused to let Bushra Bibi have her blood tested despite the court’s directives.

According to her, PTI also requested that Al-Shifa Hospital perform the blood test and that the Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital double-examine its results. She stated the blood test could reveal whether the element of poison was present in her blood or not.

Moreover, Mashal said Bushra experienced pain in her left arm and chest a few days ago. The jail doctor performed an ECG, which she reported was abnormal.
