Three-vehicle collision on Indus Highway killed 6 and 30 injured
A three-vehicle collision near Manjhand Sehwan in the Jamshoro district, on the Indus Highway resulted in the deaths of at least six persons and multiple injuries.
Since most of the injured are reportedly in serious condition, so authorities expect that the death toll will rise. SSP Jamshoro Muhammad Tariq Nawaz verified the death of six people as a result of a tragic accident.
SSP Muhammad Traiq also said they transferred at least 28 injured people to a neighboring hospital in Manjhand. According to SSP, seven of the injured victims are critically ill.
The eyewitnesses reported that a significant delay occurred before the rescue mission began. In addition to the police, local community members and passengers of the other vehicles participated in the rescue effort.
A three-vehicle collision including a mini-truck, an oil tanker, and a passenger bus caused a severe accident on the Indus Highway.
The police official stated that the cause of the collision is still unknown. They initiated an investigation to determine the reason for this tragic accident.
In two separate accidents, nine people died last month in a road accident in Nawabshah and Larkana. A dozen people were critically injured in Nawabshah and Larkana.

A Datsun pickup carrying wedding guests collided with a truck on the National Highway in tehsil Qazi Ahmad near Nawabshah. It resulted in the death of six people and fifteen injured people.
The injured and deceased were taken to Qazi Ahmad, the hospital of the Tehsil Headquarters. According to police, women and children were among the deceased and injured.
In a different incident, a motorcycle and tractor-trolly collided head-on, killing three people in Larkana. Ahmed Ali Kheiro, a town committee employee, passed away instantly together with his innocent 4-year-old son Sajan Ali and 6-year-old daughter Bisma. His wife also suffered injuries.
