Clerks allegedly assaulted a young female doctor at PIMS

A shocking incident happened at PIMS hospital when clerks allegedly abused and assaulted a young female doctor and her mother. PIMS is the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences in Islamabad.

This disturbing event came to light when a young lady doctor and her mother visited PIMS to apply for a house job. The routine application process for a house job soon reportedly turned into a turbulent episode of verbal and physical abuse.

The personal assistant of the executive director, PA Munir, and the lady clerk, Ms. Shadaab, were allegedly involved in the violent attack against the victim’s doctor.

An Instagram handler named Syed Zarrar Shah (apparently associated figure with PIMS) quoted this incident. According to him, Munir and Shadaab first denied the existence of house job application forms when the lady doctor asked to fill the form.

However, when the lady doctor claimed her seniors and colleagues had taken house job application forms from PIMS. Then, the accused clerks started abusing her. Munir and Shadaab allegedly threatened to do a house job there and verbally abused the lady doctor and her mother.

When the lady doctor tried to make a video of their abusive behavior, Shadaab tried to snatch her cell phone and physically attack her. Meanwhile, the lady doctor inquired Shadaab about her rank (seen in the video).

After that, clerk Munir called several male security guards to throw the women out of PIMS hospital. He ordered them to lock the hospital doors to prevent them from entering. He also instructed guards to seize the doctor’s cell phone to erase the evidence.

Hence, security guards manhandled and mistreated both female victims against the law. The victim women received injuries as guards twisted their arms and wrists upon resisting. However, the identity of victim women has not been revealed due to the sensitivity of matters.

They also humiliated them while snatching their dupattas and purses. The mother of a lady doctor received a critical injury as guards rammed the door into her arm.

If this incident comes true, clerks allegedly assaulted a young female doctor and her mother at PIMS. Then it serves as a troubling event. It emphasizes the transparent and judicial investigation to bring justice to victim women and prevent such instances from happening in the future.
