Caretaker PM Says Pakistan’s Election Polls 2023 Within 4 Months. Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar said that Pakistan’s Election Polls 2023 would be conducted within the next three to four months. In an interview, he said the government’s commitment to legality to ensure a smooth election transition.

PM Kakar also outlined crucial policy goals to create the groundwork for future government. Electricity bills, power plant conversions to local coal, and state-owned firm privatization are among the interim government’s priorities.
Kakar also revealed that the caretaker government is planning to privatize two Discos to attract investment. However, the decision has not been finalized yet.
Furthermore, Kakar emphasized attracting foreign investment and enhancing working ties between civil and military leadership. Stressing on a pleasant working environment.
