Shaheen Afridi and wife Ansha blessed with baby boy
Pakistani fast bowler Shaheen Afridi and his wife Ansha have become blessed parents with their first baby boy. The birth of their first child happens while Shaheen is playing in a recent two-Test series against Bangladesh.
However, his supporters and teammates sent him well wishes following the birth of his first child. Ansha and Shaheen named their firstborn, Ali Yar.
The 24-year-old bowler is currently playing in the Bangladesh series and is scheduled to travel from Rawalpindi to Karachi tomorrow night to be with his spouse. But he will rejoin his teammates before the second Test match beginning against Bangladesh on August 30, 2024.
Ansha’s father and former Pakistan Cricketer Shahid Afridi is now officially a grandfather with the arrival of Ali Yar. He expressed amazement at receiving loving messages while becoming the youngest grandfather in the cricket world as Shaheen Afridi and his wife Ansha became blessed with a baby boy.
Shaheen Afridi also took a wicket in the ongoing test series against Bangladesh. Netizens are attributing his wicket to celebrating his son’s birth.
