Pirates Of The Caribbean Actor Tamayo Perry killed in shark attack

Surfing legend and actor famous for the series “Pirates of the Caribbean,” Tamayo Perry was killed in a shark attack on the Hawaiian Island of Oahu. Tamayo is also a skilled surfing instructor at Ocean Safety Lifeguard at Oahu Island.

A man saw Tamayo near Goat Island during the shark attack incident. He reported it to the police. Afterward, police officials soon arrived at the accident place and took Tamayo by jet ski to the shore.

They called Honolulu’s emergency services on Malaekahana Beach around 13:00 local time. However, they declared Tamayo dead on the beach as he could not survive the fatal shark attack.

Kurt Lager is the acting chief of Honolulu Ocean Safety. He expressed sadness at the death of Tamayo Perry. He said Tamayo was a lifeguard whom everyone loved. Tamayo, with him, earned a great reputation internationally and on the North Shore of Oahu.

According to Kurt, Tamayo had an infectious personality. So, people loved him more and more. Their condolences go to his family in this difficult time.

Moreover, Mayor of Honolulu Rick Blangiardi also expressed condolences for Tamayo’s death. He called the demise of Tamayo a “tragic loss.” He was a legendary and well-respected waterman.

According to Rick, Tamayo was also an excellent member of their ocean safety team who grew up on Honolulu Island.

After gaining success in the entertainment industry, he worked his career as a lifeguard with the Ocean Safety Department in 2016.
