Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala engagement ceremony details

The engagement ceremony between actor Naga Chaitanya and actress Sobhita Dhulipala happened today. Naga is a popular actor from South India and son of Telugu star Nagarjuna.

Naga exchanged rings with his longtime Sobhita in the morning ceremony. Nagarjuna shared the first pictures of the couple’s engagement. He said they are thrilled to announce their son Naga Chaitanya’s engagement to Sobhita Dhulipala. Their family is pleased to have Sobhita join their family.

According to Nagarjuna, the engagement ceremony between Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala happened at 9:42 a.m. He also wished the couple a happy event, a lifetime of love and happiness.

The ceremony of Naga and Sobhita reportedly happened at the residence of Nagarjuna in the posh 4000 sq ft, estate located at Jubilee Hills in Hyderabad. It is one of the landmarks in the capital of Telangana.

Renowned fashion designer Manish Malhotra also congratulated the newly engaged couple. He expressed his deep love for them. He also emphasized the significance of their engagement outfits while representing their cultural background.

Sobhita wore a beautiful golden blush Uppada silk saree, symbolic of Kanakaambaram, a traditional temple flower. Many Telugu women wear this. Her saree included elaborate motifs of the eternal Padmam (lotus). It is a symbol of purity and beauty.

However, Naga wore a traditional three-piece Andhra Pradeshi’s men’s outfit. It consisted of Pattu pancha, laalchi, and kanduva which complemented her partner’s outfit.

There are media reports that Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita will tie the knot later this year. Naga is a 37-years old Telugu actor while Sobhita is 32-years-old.

It is significant to note that Sobhita will be Naga’s second wife. Samantha Ruth Prabhu was his first wife from 2017 to 2021. Following the separation, Naga started dating Sobhita the next year and they remained in a long relationship since then.
