Bad Newz trailer released starring Vicky Kaushal & Ammy Virk

Dharma Productions has released the “Bad Newz” film trailer starring Vicky Kaushal, Triptii Dimri, and Ammy Virk today. It is a romantic comedy film including a love triangle.

The trailer shows the story of a woman who is expecting the children of two men. The first scene of the trailer is Triptii’s character informing Neha Dhupia that she is expecting a child but is unsure about the father.

Meanwhile, the clinic’s doctor advises them to get a paternity test. When Triptii breaks the news to her partner, Vicky, he looks happy about it.

Vicky replies that since he would be a father, there would be no need for a paternity test when Triptti asks him to do so. However, Triptti admits that there is a chance the father could be someone else.

The trailer video of Bad Newz then cuts to a flashback of her getting drunk and having sex with Ammy. The trio comprised of Vicky, Ammy, and Triptti, went to the doctor.

Following that, the doctor diagnoses them with a case of heteropaternal superfecundation. It means Vicky and Ammy are both fathers of Triptii’s child. It became possible as two distinct eggs were fertilized during the same cycle in Triptii.

However, Vicky and Ammy argue in the trailer as they choose to live with Triptii and help her through her pregnancy. A fight breaks out between them over who would make a better father. It sparks a comedy touch.

The trailer has featured love tunes and glimpses of intensely emotional scenes. Anand Tiwari has directed Bad Newz. Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, and Amritpal Singh Bindra have co-produced it.

However, the production companies, including Dharma Productions and Leo Media Collective, have supported this romantic comedy movie. It is expected to be released on July 19, 2024.
