American singer Nick Carter denied sexual allegations
Lawyers of American singer Nick Carter have denied sexual allegations from three women in the documentary series “Fallen Idols: Nick and Aaron Carter.” They have denied these allegations on behalf of Nick. They also called the allegations “outrageous.”
However, the newly released documentary series Fallen Idols: Nich and Aaron Carter this week has once again imposed serious sexual allegations on Nick. Three women, including Melissa Schuman, Shannon Ruth, and Ashely Repp, have put these allegations against Nick.
These three women claim that Nick sexually assaulted them in the 2000s. They have already sued the singer. The new controversy started when the Fallen Idols series aired on ID and Max on May 27, 2024 night. In the first two episodes, Melissa and Ashley accused Nick Carter of raping them.
The final two episodes aired on May 28, 2024, which centered on sexual allegations of Shannon against Nick. However, Nick has also filed a defamation lawsuit against each of the three ladies.
The legal team of American singer Nick Carter recently denied the sexual allegations by three women while giving a clarified statement to the Los Angeles Times.
Lawyers Liane Wakayama and Dale Hayes Jr. are part of the legal team of Nick. They claim that the accuser women are involved in propaganda against Nick. They are spreading false news.
However, Shannon Ruth filed a civil sexual battery lawsuit against Nick in 2022. A civil sexual battery lawsuit refers to when someone wants forced sexual contact with another person without his/her consent.

Shannon alleged Nick raped her in 2001 in her teenage after a Backstreet Boys concert in Washington. However, Nick sued her in response to her allegations, claiming she allegedly conspired with Melissa to blackmail him.
Melissa also accused Nick of raping her in 2017, but prosecutors could not file a case against Nick due to limited legislation. However, she again filed a lawsuit in 2023 that Nick raped her being eighteen years old in Santa Monica.
However, Ashley filed a lawsuit against Nick last year for sexually assaulting her three times in Florida in 2003 when she was fifteen years old. Nick also filed a defamation lawsuit against her in January 2024.
