UK Approval of New Microsoft’s Call of Duty Deal, this deal has been revisited after some changes made by Microsoft. The UK’s competition watchdog had some concerns with Microsoft buying the company called Activision Blizzard but this new deal sits well with CMA according to them Microsoft won’t get the rights to the special type of video gaming.

With this deal, Microsoft won’t have all the power alone other companies like Ubisoft would also benefit. Microsoft will be transferring the rights to the French video games publisher Ubisoft for 15 years to stream Activision games from the cloud. Importantly, this deal ensures that consumers still have choices when it comes to playing online games like Call of Duty and Overwatch.

People who work really hard at Microsoft and Activision are truly happy with the UK Approval of New Microsoft’s Call of Duty Deal. This plan for Microsoft to buy Activision Blizzard a high-gaming company was first announced in January last year but back then other countries and their rules didn’t approve this idea. In May European Union endorsed the idea even though the US competition watchdog tried to block it, they were ultimately unsuccessful.
